JOCH Construction Company is certified by the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA), and the
Texas Unified Certification Program, non-profit corporations representing several public entities in the South Texas area.
These entities are committed to enhancing participation for disadvantaged and minority owned businesses in
public/government contracting and purchasing activities.
JOCH Construction Company is also certified by the State of Texas Comptroller's Office as a member of the Historically
Underutilized Business (HUB) Program. The goal of the HUB program is to encourage and effectively promote the use
of disadvantaged and minority owned businesses for various State Contracts.
Federal Certifications

Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
JOCH Construction Company is a SAM-Certified General Contractor. The System for Award Management (SAM)
combines federal procurement systems and the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance into one system. This
consolidates the Central Contractor Registry (CCR), the Federal Agency Registration (Fedreg), Online Representations
and Certifications Application (ORCA), and Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
