dollar general contracting firm, JOCH Construction Company President and CEO Jose A.Gonzalez leads by example.


An experienced construction professional, Mr. Gonzalez believes that every employee has a right to a safe working


environment, and that employers have the right to expect qualified employees to obey the rules and act with the


responsibility that their position requires.  He focuses not only on the economics, legal considerations, and insurance


impact of safety and loss control, but also on the moral consideration of making the workplace as safe as it can


possibly be.
